Here we go again, it's the Steelers at home vs the hapless Patriots and some how the Steelers find a way to look horrid and lose 21-18 to B. ZAPPIE
I'm at a complete loss for words on this game, we might be looking at the the end of Mike Tomlin and his coaching the Steelers. This was a game that you can't lose, no Brady, the Patriots suck bla bla bla, it's always the same out come. THE PATRIOTS OWN US.
Lets start at the QB position, i tried and tried to go back in time to watch some horrid QBS we had, like Malone, GRAHM, WOODLEY, BRISTER, and more and I CAN'T FIND ONE WORSE then what i seen Thursday night, MITCH IS AS BAD IF NOT WORSE then any of them guys. He has no passion, no care, no football sense, no pocket awareness, his arm is sloppy, he is scared to death to pass and i ca keep on going. No need he is a total BUST!
The run game can't work if we are going to use shotgun pitch outs, we went from delay draws to shotgun pitches, we used power in one single game vs the Bengals and dominated the game, we will not use the T. ENDS, we have no motion to run as drag routes, we use no crosses, im not sure if this coaching staff even understands this is the NFL or a highschool game.
The defense is a mess at ILB, they have NO ONE WHO CAN COVER A T.END. granted they lost a few good cover guys and are limited to back up practice squad guys. The secondary is just bad and slow, even Minka is playing strange. The def line is now getting pushed all over the place and if T.J can't get to the QB its a first down.
Losing to 2- 2-10 teams at home is insane and with all the spoiled Steeler fans who think they are SB teams every single year, this could get UGLY FAST for the team. I wanted to ask you all, is t the coaching or the player execution of plays? or can the coaches even call plays because the QBS suck so bad?
at 7-6 it will take a miracle to get into the playoffs but at this point do we really want in them?
